I hope we don't trade the pick :(

Honestly, if it means getting Love and him signing an extension, I'm all for it.

Let's go after Bledsoe and call Phoenix'sb bluff or Lowry. And let's try to sign Deng

I sorry but this season was too damn bad for me to be sitting and waiting around for some talent to potentially develop or not. I want proven guys. The last time we had to wait in talent to develop was 18 yrs ago. I'm spoiled. I want to win now.

But we could have our pick and k-love if we wait. With k-love you know what you're gonna get. He is a great player but not a number 1.

There's not enough money to sign both Deng and Bledsoe/Lowry.

I don't see Mitch trading back. I think acquiring another first rounder will only happen if the Lakers want to take on a contract from a team to absorb with your cap space with the team sending their pick as well. He has to fill the roster somehow. Some team in the luxury tax might sacrifice their pick to get under.

Also, the 2nd round will have guys who fall, so he may be thinking of using cash to get an extra one.

If LAL is at 6, I think they take Smart and he'd be a solid choice there.

If he trades your lottery pick, you guys are open to coming to our offseason thread cause we know the pain of your GM trading lotto picks for veterans on 1 year contracts...
I know he's not trading back, but he's delusional if he thinks they have anything to offer to get another first round pick in this draft. They don't even have any players under contract!

No way he'll take a shytty contract on for another pick either.

That's the problem bruh. I don't want to wait. The chances of next year's pick going to Phoenix fukks my head up.

"For the first time, [Saunders] sounds like looking at deals for [Love] is an option," one rival executive told Yahoo Sports.

The Boston Celtics, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Suns are among many teams determined to make hard runs at trades for Love, league sources said. Boston and Los Angeles plan to make high-lottery picks in the 2014 NBA Draft available in offers for Love, sources said.

No team is likely to trade for Love without an assurance that he'll commit to a five-year, $100 million maximum contract extension in the summer of 2015. Despite a belief that Love prefers Los Angeles or New York as a potential destination, he's open to deals in other markets where he can be part of an immediate contender, sources said.
