He took the Nets to 2 NBA Finals, coached the New Orleans Hornets to the 2nd best record in the West and 4th best record overall in the NBA in 2008, and had Kyrie Irving playing his best basketball.......plus he commands respect on the sidelines and in practice from all his players

Jason Kidd didn't like him as a coach and neither did Chris Paul. Just from listening to players over the years a lot of them tend to dislike him and think he is mediocre. I would rather get Lionel Hollins.
