It's always about form and technique >>>> weight.....me neither...But damn CF or what ever programming will have a person do an AMRAP of Clean and Jerks in a set amount of time and instead of people scaling down to just 75 or 95 they want to use 135 or 185 (just using examples) next thing you know rotator cuff injury and they aren't training for a few months. All because people are too proud to scale down and learn form or do a correct movement. I detest AMRAP vs Time.

Ego lifting is why a lot cats are walking around with back braces and bad backs.
I've never been injured or had any major injuries. And I've been lifting for 11 years now. Also I know when I feel some type of soreness, that it's usually time to back off whatever I've been doing.

I did it for 2 years and never seen anyone hold on to it usually they just drop itWhen I tried my hand at CrossFit (it’s too much) I saw this happen a few times but they didn’t seriously injure themselves.
Because they are good lifts, you just need to learn to do them properly. People get hurt all the time benching yet no one ever questions why folks still do itI’m too scary to do those Olympic lifts. Looks like you about to snap those elbows doing cleans and jerks.
If you ain’t a pro athlete/Olympian, why would you do those pulls?
