I gotta be honest, I thought we were gonna blow the Saints out but this game scares me. Football is a funny sport and the way everyone was talking about wanting a shot at the Eagles might come back to bite them. I just think when you think what's gonna happen in the NFL, it goes left.
The eagles defense is good and with the way the line played in the second half, I'm not confident in the team being able to get the run going to keep a balance. Case made a lot of big throws late but there were some that made you cringe and even just one turnover can kill you. I think its gonna come down to FGs and I trust the Eagles kicker more. Especially moving outdoors. If the Vikings can score 2 TDs, I think they have a good shot at winning. But if the line plays more like the 2nd half than the first half, I think it could be spooky.

Pat Shurmur is leaving
shyt sucks but he deserves it after this year. Question now is are they looking to promote from within (Stefanski?) or hire from the outside.
Just hope this doesn't in any way shape or form become a distraction. Philly is going to be tough at the Linc

..Two Seasons ago, Shurmur was head coach for the Eagles, for one game. Interviewed for the Eagles HC but lost to Pederson, he now gets to face the Eagles in the NFCCG and Nick Foles – the QB he helped groom 2013! Now he might go back to the NFC East as Giants HC? Great story line.
Happy for this guy and sad to see him move on from the Vikings already. I like what he brought to the offense after having to endure Norv’s outdated Air Coryell.
Hopefully we sign someone good. I trust Spielman and Zimmer's judgement on who they bring in next. They already have a coaching persona blueprint for what works with our current personnel. So just go find a Shurmur clone, but younger.
