I was lifting boxes on the first job through this temp. This is the second job I've had through them and I've been there 3 months.

Going from temp to perm at a job is rarely ever smooth.
I had to freelance at my job for 2 years before they put me on full time with benefits. I wouldn't be worried yet.

You might the 40 hrs a week, just not the health benefits and pto of a full time employee. That's not bad.
