Dice.com and Monster.com will get you slammed with Indians calling you for BS.
As far as location, a lot of companies will now have you work from home.
Recruiters are not fun to always work with but that is how I got the job I have now as a temp.
Try IT staffing solutions in your area. The ones I was going to list are PA agencies, there are hundreds of them.
Search IT Help Desk or Just Help Desk, Desktop Support on any Job board. You'll get plenty of hits. Recruiters and direct hires.

How do they scam you ? My email inbox is full of Indian recruiters? Are they spamming me or are the jobs legit?
A lot of threads last year were talking about how much money people were getting on unemployment, more than they were making while working. All happy and shyt like they were finessing the system. This year it’s all doom and gloom because the government is cutting off a benefit which was always temporary.
It’s nice to get extra money but you have to know that wasn’t going to last long.
Student loans, pandemic fuccery, minimum wage hike. Failed on all of those and throw the Afghan non sense in there to boot it’s not looking good.
