It took a pandemic for most of these "jobs" to offer a living wage and incentives. Now you don't need a masters to get a shytty 17/hr job, but people still aren't looking because they were burned out way too many times before and got the UI stuff. CoVid is still around and people want to work from home, so I doubt people are just willingly going to go back to the job market.
