Strongest case for altering 3 point volume, would solve the load management issue at it's core. Seems like Silver would rather keep his head in the sand on it and pass the buck to the next commish than be the one to take the radical approach.

I'm not sure there's a guaranteed one step fix-it but you can't tackle a problem unless you try. Easiest first step is to cut out the corners and make the 3 point line a true arc, let that play out for a season or two and determine how radical you need to get from there.Ok,
