I'm not sure there's a guaranteed one step fix-it but you can't tackle a problem unless you try. Easiest first step is to cut out the corners and make the 3 point line a true arc, let that play out for a season or two and determine how radical you need to get from there.
Why should the NBA change its rules because teams are dumb and all want to play thr exact same way?

Above the fray.
This was horrible to watch.
The thing is I've personally seen LeBron get tripped and tangled with other guys where I thought he'd be out for weeks , AND he would catch his breath, pop right back up as if nothing ever happened.
A Cleveland/Wizards series years ago during his first Cavs run had a scary moment like that. I remember it because it looked gruesome. When he jumped right back up, I said he must be a mutant or some shyt.

Guy who injured LeBron pulled a dirty move on some Patrick Beverly shyt

Can anybody with a good memory post the clip. I wanna say it was from 2008 playoffs.

I cringed watching it live, and thought it might have been season ending or career threatening. Lebron shook it off on some RUNDMC shyt, the turntables might wobble but they wont fall down.

I'll be the old man yelling at the clouds but I don't think guys are conditioned properly nor or they toughening up their bodies for the grind. Everything now is in the name of preventative care and doing less.

Your hands won't get tough holding pearls but they will if you're moving rocks.

Everyone bytched about Thibs but the Knicks were incredibly durable last season. OG played the most games of his career; Josh Hart became an ironman under Thibs; KAT played most of their games. Now, OG and Brunson are already injured.

SGA and Ant rarely miss games. Jaden McDaniels is always available; Jokic, Gobert and Sengun don't suffer major injuries. Harden's looked flabby for 15 years but he never suffers major injuries. Zubac and Dillon Brooks don't miss many games. What are these guys doing differently than the rest?
Wemby needs to talk to Harrison Barnes. He's played all 82 games 3 years in a row.

Like in pretty much every sport now it's all in the attempt to maximize effort and intensity for certain games instead of pacing oneself to get through the season

The difference between Thibs and what everyone else was doing is that Thibs would look at an opportunity to rest guys or even give them a breather and simply wouldn't do it. Even if they have more endurance than others, they'll naturally gas out. That's why Thibs playing his regulars in a game Mazzulla conceded reeked of recklessness.

It's a weird paradox for guys like him.

Staying lean can make him more injury prone. Gaining weight and mass can make him stronger...but the extra weight can also add wear & tear.

He needs to bulk up to the level of Giannis. At Wemby's height, 7'5".....dude needs to get to about 270 lbs, currently 235 lbs. 300 lbs, would change his game too much, but he needs mass. Builds bone strength and density.
To be like Giannis at 7'5" he'd probably have to be 300. Giannis is listed at 242 but is probably 250-260 now.
