Grew up with 3 older and considerably bigger brothers so being a bully wasn't really gonna be good for business. I had to be friendly/funny early which in turn kept me from being bullied thru high school since most the basketball and football players liked me.
After that I had size, hands and the ability to talk to people so I've never really dealt with it in a workplace setting either. I really feel I can strike a convo with anyone you put me in a room with.
