This is aging well. Super solid front to back, with the exception of fukk and Get High. Still don't really like that joint. Conway was ferocious rapping back in this era.
:wow:

Also, that bonus joint called Halal should drop online this month. I think some peoples' cds have shipped out already.

CD exclusive track Halal

@savoutch
I was pretty sure this was gona be a drumless joint glad I was wrong this is on point sounds right at home as an album joint. Fire 🔥 could’ve easily not have been a bonus. With this and Mac wounds it’s basically 12 tracks ppl don’t realize how fire this project really is. To me it’s a classic

@TheDarceKnight hey bro I was thinking about it. What if kilo in the trunk comes out on hall and nash 3 now that we’ve seen qs album tracklist. Do u think that’s a possibility? That’s too good of a track not to be on an album. Unless of course the schoolboy q albums tracklist gets changed or if that’s not the real official tracklist

@Xtz23 @savoutch I always wondered if this was recorded in the same era as H&N2, because all the other joints on this project had nautical/yacht/luxury themes in the lyrics. This one didn't have any of that and sounded super raw.

I’m pretty sure ur right it definitely seems like that and I’m thinking would’ve been recorded around the same time same thing I’m thinking with a thousand birds. Thousand birds would sound good added on hall and nash 2 as a bonus. And I think I’d put halal after fukk and get high. I got Mac 10 wounds right after Pete and Andre. Halal also works right after mac 10 wounds. I might change it I’m not sure.

That's kind of what I was thinking. Because way back when Al said that Q and Conway did two joints for each other in the same weekend back in 2016 or so, that's when we heard that Get My Bread joint (way back before IG even allowed videos longer than 15 seconds), and Fork in the Pot is from that same session.

I never heard Kilo in the Trunk until the past couple years, and there's references to Jay Worthy or Larry June in there. Not that those guys weren't around a few years ago, but they've collaborated a lot with Griselda more recently, and Jay almost (or even did) sign to Griselda.

The Q tracklist probably won't change. On iTunes my pre-order is the same amount of tracks as the the tracklist that's been shared already. And honestly Kilo doesn't seem to fit the theme and the vibe that Q seems like he's going for on here.

I definitely hope we get it. Normally I'd have said I wouldn't expect to hear it, but I didn't expect H&N 2 and we got that eventually.

You taking H&N 2 or Lulu if you had to pick?

Sorry for the late reply man I’d definitely pick H&N2 to me it’s the better complete project and it’s an album. Lulu is fire and is a gxfr classic. I liked how it had unique drums that alc created for the project like you said in previous threads. The soundscapes were fierce like a shark tank and I think it’s underrated wen talking about griselda projects.
“They got sonny” is one of my favorite joints off both projects the production and Conway ferociously attacks the beat like a savage the beat is utterly grimy, literally sounds dark and gritty like ur underwater or in the ocean where sharks are attacking shyt, smelling blood in the water lol. beat hits too hard 5/5 production on that joint, perfect beat for Prodigy🙏 .
For eps I think dgsn, plugs I met &Lulu are the top gxfr eps and I’d probably add in there’s god & then there’s flygod as well just under those.
Hall and Nash 2 is a top 5 or 6 Griselda projects oat wen
adding
Mac 10 Wounds. On H&N 2 my favorite joints are; 94 ghost, Mac 10 Wounds & Michelangelo (not in order). Hall & Nash 2 is Conway at his best for the full album. The whole albums big quotable.

“The bullet wound lookin' like a lion bite”
