They'll get some ketchup on pita bread bullshyt from Papa John's instead of giving you a bonus :mjlol:

Dude in the vid highlights all bullshyt they pull at these companies. They gave a cat who worked at a market for 50 years a cake

Basically. I remember being in engineering school and you'd here people eat up the propaganda about Elon Musk sleeping in the factory. Miss me with that shyt. I do my 8 and I'm gone, either wise give me OT

also that was Elon's company, same with Bill Gates and Jeff bezos, when getting their company off the ground of course they made it their entire life.

As a caveat, these things they are giving away really ain't shyt. Most tech companies, in the bay area (google/apple/facebook etc) were offering this FOR YEARS. Just goes to show how they value their employees before remote work was being pushed hard and how companies are using the same tactics to get people to go into the office. It's very disrespectful imo.

There needs to be a 10% WFH tax because its not fair other employees have to go into the office and waste money and time commuting.

i've had this one work from home job for like 10 years now. at the beginning they used to play that "we don't pay top dollar because you are saving money wfh, we pass overhead savings on to the client blah blah", but now the wfh market is super competitive so we aint playing less pay for convenience games. but i'm sure people wouldn't mind taking less pay for convenience :yeshrug:

just like it cut down on school shootings/mass shootings in general.
it should cut down on deaths or injuries of people commuting to/from work too but i'm not sure the overall vehicular deaths reflect that since more people are driving since the the pandemic. but during the early months of lockdown vehicular deaths plummeted.
