Earth isn’t flat. If it was, you could see straight across the world from high points. You can’t, because of the tilt of the planet.

For instance, you can’t see Paris from the London Eye, or the Shard, because of the tilt of the Earth.

So based on this you feel what we know as Antarctica- (back side of the "coin" in your model)- has a greater surface area than the rest of the planet (other side of the "coin")

How is it sensible to believe that the earth spins 1000mph, while revolving around the sun at 66,000 mph, while rotating around the "milky way" at 500,000mph, while the "galaxy" moves through nothing at over 1,000,000mph and yet you fell none of those motions?

This is incorrect

1. You can see further distances with a powerful camera. I just posted a video proving this right above this very post of yours

2. There are 2 basic concepts within the overall concept of "sight" that obstruct a person from being able to view the distances you're talking about

1. Perspective. The way our eyes, work, we can only see so far directly in front of us before all objects directly in front of us converge to 1 point on the horizon. Your eye physically, scientifically CANNOT SEE PAST THAT POINT, so you talking about being able to see Paris from London is 1000% illogical

2. Atmospheric refraction. Heat rising off of the plane disrupts the light passing over it, further obstructing your view

The earth supposedly rotates at 1000 mph at the equator

According to google, the rotation of the earth at the north pole is 0 mph

As one flies directly north/south, one should be experiencing either a major DECELERATION or major ACCELERATION of the earth's rotation

I've driven/flown straight from Miami to New York and back and have experienced ZERO CHANGES IN ACCELERATION OVER THAT TIME

Nobody(including you) has EVER experienced this.
