it takes 50 eps to go anywhere and its nothing new or even slightly creative

its got its charm but it gets mixed reception because for some being simple is tired as fukk and for others its a relaxing change of pace from other one piece/bleach/naruto clones that take themselves too seriously

im glad i read it before watching because i have no idea how anyone put up with it from week to week

Show is fukking awesome, if you don't like it by the time they in the caves fighting (Yami vs Lict) then its not for you.

Great character development, good action scenes for the epic battle parts. most of the openings an endings are fire.

If you one of those types that watch shyt to critique rather than enjoy, you'll prolly find something wrong with it, but if you just enjoy the ride, you'll be surprised how good it gets down the line.

but yeah just watch it for yourself.

Well how far did they get with Dark Continent?


Years ago when I was #ReadGang before left...... I remember a little bit of that arc and I thought they atleast complete or got deep with that

They are in the midst of a succession war on a ship headed to dark continent. We aren't even at DC yet. Id rather see it animated to better understand what's going on cuz nikkas are plotting.

Is Black Clover any good? I've heard mixed things about it.

Black Clover would have benefitted immensely if it was released all at once on some Netflix shyt rather than waiting week to week. In the binge format, you're more likely to deal with slow moving plot/nothing happening cause you already got the next episode loaded up.

It has a very slow revving engine, but once it gets going, it's pretty much gone. Once it hits a certain part, the anime doesn't really slow down. Peaks become little resting areas and you look up and you see you still got some shyt to climb.

Ending (1st part) flopped a bit for me cause I didn't like the villain.

I was binging the first few seasons like hell earlier last year. Then when I caught up I thought I was about to EAT.

How was the quality for season 3 btw? If I remember right this is the best arc they are currently adapting so if the animation is decent I'll definitely watch the anime.
