Ai Yazawa (Nana) has been ill for a while too.
I feel less bummed out about a work being incomplete, if an author was able to finish something else they put their lives into. Inoue finished Slam Dunk, Togashi finished YYH, Miura only had Berserk.

ai yazawa's illness prevents her from holding a pen comfortably. True... i'm good on takehiko since he gave us classics like slam dunk and REAL(almost complete). And he's working to give us a slam dunk movie next year.
