I hate the fact that anime studios and exec dont realise that if they make the anime PIFF then so many more people are going to read the mange/novel.

Thats the whole premise of anime if to get people reading the manga/lightnovel and yet they have fukked up so many big IPs.

Imagine berserk in the hands of trigger/mappa (if they go all out)

The quality of the animation, the voice acting, and even the dialogue and images that they chose to emphasize all have me thinking that Denji and Power are about to be done justice. I watched some anime-only people react to episode one and I was getting a kick out of how NOT READY these heads are for everywhere Chainsaw Man is about to go. As long as MAPPA gets the pacing down right, this we got a classic anime to go with one of the best Manga to come along in a long time.

On another tip, seeing how great Bleach looked and seeing the animation for CSM has me wishing we'd get anime reboots that update the animation more often. Hunter X Hunter and FMA Brotherhood are good examples of how well it can work. Naruto and Yu Yu Hakusho mainly came to mind because I stan those.

This anime has classic written all over it just based off the first episode from the artwork, to the action, to the story, to the soundtrack. My only con is waiting till next week to watch the next episode.

I just can’t get hyped for chainsaw man. Read the entire manga, it started out interesting, then went straight trash in breakneck fashion. Artwork during fights got sloppy, just like Bleach's. I'll pass on the anime.

I didn't like Bleach that much but the artwork was the one thing about it that was always great to me. I agree that some of the fights in Chainsaw Man were hard to follow, but I like the story all the way through. And Part 2 of the manga has been fun so far.
