How y'all gonna shelter a kid from ninja life, just randomly drop the shyt that he gonna be the next village leader and them send him into the devil's pit without any type of crash course on ninja history or anything like that? Are y'all trying to make this kid fail?

That's my main issue with the show. It's like why didn't he train with the facemask girl. Like she is hella skilled while he is a noob.

The Blood War is going exactly how I imagined it.

I like how they're giving us just enough of the story without boring the watchers and keeping the action constant.

Opie is fukking hilarious, so casual in his arrogance. Man is making Uryu look like straight trash.

Yhwach is too ruthless, not even giving them 24 hours when it was supposed to be days.

But good first episode. This episode was deva vu. Hopefully the production stays consistent here.

Man story wise Golden Kamuy had a great flashback episode. But god damn it wouldn't be Golden Kamuy without these scenes

I LOVE Witch of Mercury. Hell, I'm not even supposed to like a character like Suletta, but she's the perfect protagonist in a setting like this. A legit shoujo series with a Gundam background and a Code Geass art/feeling

How can I not love it?

edit: should I try watching Guilty Crown? Premise always seemed kinda ridiculous
