Finished up watching S1 of In / Spectre. I enjoyed, but I'll admit that digesting everything can vary. Easy skip if you don't like dialogue driven anime since that is what it basically is. Though if you into that you may like it. Tho the pacing can be draggy for an anime, but each of the episodes feels necessary. It feels like one of those series you would get more enjoyement from reading rather then watching it. Especially since it has very minor action.

Though I did admit the world being filled out of these different creatures. Iwanaga interacting with all these spectres, demons, etc and Kuro having the ability to see the future and being immortal is interesting. There is a lot this season can build upon especially the main villain's motives.

Also Iwanaga as a lead Mc can be very annoying even if you high tolerance.

My problem with in/Spectre was that they had the perfect set up for an action driven story, great art, great world, EXTREMELY likeable protagonists with interesting personalities, powers and backgrounds.....

and they decided to dump a whole lotta talking all over it.

I REALLY wanted to like this show.

It started in episode 2 where I was like god damn there is a lot of talking in this show. That in itself isn't bad just that anime itself isn't a medium that conveys this well.

Watched and enjoyed Dragonage Absolution on Netflix. I guess this is based on a game but I'm not familiar with it. Animation and action are solid, story and characters interesting enough.

Netflix's game adaptation series has really been good from Castlevania, Edgerunner, Dota, Arcane and now this.

And I don't know if this is part of the game, but of the 7 members that made up the team, 4 of them were gay including the only black dude. Is this part of the game or is this Netflix just being Netflix:pachaha:
