Oshi no Ko episode 9 continues with its great adaptation. It showcased the Memcho backstory very very well. Showcasing that sometimes in the life you are forced to sacrifice your glory years to be there for those you love. Memcho could have easily became an idol, but family obviously comes first. Unfortunately Japanese idol culture unfortunately it is what is.

You also had Aqua gaining his first step of learning more about AI from the director. Which is a good step forward for him.

One big anime original content the anime did was the Song sung by a young Kana. It was very very well done and enhanced the karaoke portion of this episode.
