Man ya'll slippin. Boku's hype levels are unmatched. shyt is on that TTGL/KLK wave. To me that makes it stand out against anything out there. And then like I said the production of the show is top class as well as the pacing. fukk Bleach and One Piece with 20 episode fillers. Nowadays One Piece is like a damn powerpoint slideshow with how bad the pacing and production is. shyt is an embarrasment.

I agree HxH and FMA are probably the best shounen anime, (FMA is objectively the GOAT) but personally I fukk with this more.

.. Man If Boku doesn't get you hyped/excited then I don't know what to tell you. It's not over the top like TTGL/KLK, and that's not what I meant. Cool ass dialogue at the right moments with swagged out characters, add in a hype soundtrack and flashy fights. Does it for me in the chills department. It's not like I'm way off-base here. It's already getting pretty high scores on MAL.

If you like Boku more than those other 2 you just have poor taste . Not saying you're wrong or dumb or anything, cause everyone is entitled to an opinion, but your tv palette is lacking

My hero only been around for what 3 or so years? The show is still introducing characters and backstory in the anime nothing of worth happened yet to praise it so highly

Dialogue is simply not terrible that doesn't make it great or something. There's no Aizen in there dropping bars.

Speaking of which, there's still no villain worth mentioning or even remembering in this shyt.

Why can't it just be a good show. It ain't fukking with a TTGL or One Piece at all.

And what the fukk does MAL got to do with anything? There entire rating system is built on short-term knee jerk reactions over long-term staying power. That's why Steins;Gate as a top 5 anime all time according to that site I hate how ppl always gotta run to the nearest fan poll for validation

What major characters were killed off in FMA? I mean besides the one character that was made to be killed off early on.

I can only think of 1,2 that were killed off in something like One Piece before I took a hiatus from it in 2010 and it was wildly popular.

I dig the story of Boku, but a lot of the same stuff that people said about the previous "hype shows" were said about this show. and you know what happen to those anime/shows. Let's enjoy this ride now, and let the characters and story hopefully flesh out.

As for the comment of about death, They could have killed all might right after deku learned how to control his ablity or

The belief that someone can die or be in real danger is essential for tension - film 101, no action without danger

the entire cast is plot proof

at least in FMA, the bros could take a real assbeating and have to sit there and stomach it, develop, show fear, etc

They got a mother fukker named Bakugo. If that ain't swagged out then what is. Not to mention All Might. His fight at the end of season 1 was lit as fukk. Endeavor has a beard made of flames. On top of it all they're just cool ass cats. Deku is one of the more root for kinda guys I've seen in an anime ina min. You don't have to agree but you going too far with that statement.

That's fair bro. But I'll say it again, Boku has like 30 episodes so far, to me it stands up with any shounen anime's first 30 episodes except One Piece. It can fall the fukk off here on out and I'll gladly eat my words.

And regarding ttgl/klk, it gets me hype just as much as those two did. It just scratches the right itch for me i dunno.
