I enjoyed it but it doesn't really get better or worse imo after 6 episodes if i remember correctly

Don't feel bad, I still have the Funimation sub.

shyt I got funi crunchyroll with vrv package and hidive i rarely use hulu for anime
And I still use other sites just as much

I dont hate it I was fine too me nothing special.
Its y I'm big on rewatch cuz initially watching I had it higher rating after 2nd watch I dropped it think by 1 or 2 points.
Reading it was more enjoyable for me to be honest but I'm only 1 vol deep in it tho

I didnt realize how not as good as I thought it was till rewatch I'm like shyt I havent even rewatch goblin slayer and i can tell i would have it higher rated

Both came out during the height of the isekai phase and neither one of them holds a candle to Overlord in my opinion, Goblin Slayer stood out because it's gritty and it went for the shock factor on episode 1 (still wish I didn't see that shyt ) but it's not like a must see show or anything. Demon Lord is a decent show once you get passed the fact that it's just a bunch of fetish material.

The worst of all these shows is the reincarnated as a slime show tho IMO, that one is just hollow, and there's no real conflict in it.

After a quick google search it looks like it's just in limbo Idk if the anime just caught up to the manga, if there was a hiatus or if it had bad ratings or something but Overlord was definitely pure fire.

I only like to read physical books that are actually in my hands and I didn't care enough for the story to buy it so I'll just wait for another season, I'm difficult I didn't think the show was good but I'll watch a new season because I'm already invested and caught up
