Why would it matter if this thread gets a sticky or not? Most users have a watched thread list and this thread is active enough to stay on the first page of it. More than likely the majority of the posters in this sub forum DGAF about anime. I started this thread almost 9 years ago. Its simply a long running thread that has maybe 2 handful of regulars.

I don't think anyone is taking the current turn seriously, just having fun with it in the usual fashion.

I'm just a sucker for watching these controversial or notorious plot twist shows. I remember watching Deca-Dence which I also gave 2 episodes before I bushed. If I hear online chatter about something I usually try to go into it pretty blind to develop my own feelings. There's a lot of SJW bullshyt online and people get outraged over the silliest shyt. In this case with Redo it's not a bunch of bullshyt the show is really bad and deserves the outrage. Amine as a media keeps getting worse and worse.

We reached a point where shows that should really be hentai OVAs are edited down somewhat and put on broadcast TV. We probably aren't that far off before incel serial killer animes start popping up. These network and anime production committees need to curb this. Anime already is a bunch of stuff copying off each other like how every show is a reincarnated into an alternate world type show now. Doesn't take much to start a nauseating trend in this media.

Honestly, they should just do a 1 to 1 adaption of early Tony Hawk's Pro Skater games and make it a story. The amount of fukkery you could do from causing massive avalanches, destroying the Hollywood sign, causing international incidents in Russia, etc.

yeah, the basic premise for isekai is "my life was boring and mundane. then Truck-Kun sent me to another world to be an all powerful hero!"

now that I think about it, I haven't seen or read an isekai where the hero(ine) starts out with the silver spoon, never had to work for shyt,paid money to ake the easy way out, then Truck-Kun sends them to be an NPC or some shyt, but they refuse to learn an ounce of humility.

That was one of the worst shows I've ever seen. Usually I give a show at least 2 episodes. I made it through like 1 and a quarter of that. I've watched some really bad shyt too. I mean like bad bad. Like Night Head Genesis, Alice or Alice, Lance N` Masques, Netsuzou Trap: NTR, or Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attacks? Worse than all those.
