I stopped watching anime roughly around when Covid hit and recently just got back into it. Started watching mushoku tensei and I am loving it. I heard this is the granddaddy of all Isekai. I can see that beginning of the end bit/ was inspired heavily from this.

Better of reading the novel, the anime cut and censors so much. They need to do a proper adaption of Overlord.
