The Maximum Tournament arc in Baki is overlooked. That's my #2 GOAT.

Is the maximum tournament from the season 2 of Baki from way back? Now that shyt was lit.

This current Baki doesn’t match up at all to seasons 1 and 2.

Plus they did the boxing legends dirty.

This is to them for the Tyson and Ali disrespect.

I didn't fukk with 3 Kings, felt it kind of got away from what I personally liked about YYH and it gave Yusuke powers he didn't need or made him a better character (The Ichigo problem of randomly getting shyt that doesn't make sense) plus the arc removes Kuwabara completely who was easily the best or 2nd best character on the show depending on who you ask.

HxH without GOATmera arc is probably 60% of what it currently is. Gon and Killua experience their biggest character development in the arc, and the fallout from multiple events in the arc is still felt throughout the anime. Without CA, you don't get Chairman Election, and you definitely don't see Ging

3 kings feels like something extra that the creator did or he ran out of time and just wanted to finish quickly.

I would say maybe he was tired of the story, but I think he would have ended it at the previous arc. Maybe they wanted another arc, who knows.

I do know that it felt extremely rushed and could have been so much better.

I mean they finally got to demon world, they had decent villains with decent back stories, dude created a son, etc.

There was so much in that arc that could have been done.

Ryu's VA did a phenomenal job in this episode. Like the change in tone was done so well.

New danmachi vol 17 just came out I only was in 40’pages shyt is beyond crazy when 16 was nuts already this vol is crazy these 2 vols bout to surpass the vol 13 and 14 which is airing now just giving you heads up
