The best hands down is the Zanpaktou Rebellion Arc which is 230 - 265. Coming in as a lesser tier is the Invading Army Arc, they do a lot of fights you'd never get to see otherwise and that's 317 - 342. The Replacement Captain Arc is almost as good as the Invading Army Arc and it's 168-189.

The only 3 filler arcs worth watching are the ones I gave you earlier. Everything else is expendable.

I just picked up sword art online. I like the MMO aspect, but that's about it.

Really the best arc of this that's been animated is Alicization. I used to think it was the original season but it's not. Everything between that first season and Alicization is a black hole to me. I skipped Asuna's arc. Fairy Dance is worthless. Gun Gale Online is average at best.

It's just part of the game. They did a good job pointing out who would actually wash fools if they so chose. Madara putting the beats on Luffy
