So far Chainsaw Man has the worst protag of all time especially given that Shinji and Asta exist as protags. Don't know what motivated the author to make some weirdo emotionally stunted incel a protagonist.

Lowkey why I dropped the manga when it first came oit. Got through a couple of chapters and just wasnt feeling it. Hoping the animation pulls me along in the anime

dang man, I was rewatching some moments from Promised Neverland season 1. Wish they hadn't screwed it up man. Season 1 felt like it was going to end up being one of the greats

there's just something special about the prison break plot archetype man. It's up there with tournament arcs and revenge arcs in terms of plot archetypes. A lot of shows greatest seasons involve one of those 3.

I am absolutely loving Eminence in shadow, wow really enjoying it. I have read some of the novel and realise a lot has been cut but the anime is still great.

Promised Neverland and Doctor Stone are on my "had a spark when you started" all-time list.

I delayed starting Blue Lock as much as possible because I'm a soccer head and knew I'd binge it as soon as I started...I started it yesterday and now I'm caught up

I also finally got a good look at the assassin Maids show and...it's insane...first episode has a essentially an idol song but the dancing is gun-fu and the percussion are the bullet sounds. It's one of the most insane anime I've ever watched. It's sorta what I expect Lycoris Recoil to be going for, except this one takes it to the extreme. The piggy maids and the bunny maids are scrapping and dropping little sound effects (pyon and ish) while they talk trash.
I've gotta watch more.
