@tripleaamin I watched revengers off the strength of your post… might have to circle back and neg you

revengers was the definition of mid
Animation reminded me of a low budget avatar with blood set in Japan.
Story wise,
the mc crying in front of strangers when he figures out how he got duped seemed so out of place. For the traditional samurai element they going for, he sure ain’t get the memo. The chat under the bridge was perplexing because the guy instantly dropped his guard off a couple sentences. Also, none of them had that weathered samurai feel to them.
I guess each to their own. This being a more violent type of show and setting appealed to me. Pacing felt too fast. Felt like it should have been 2 episodes. Still my expectations for this show is violence and dope action, nothing too crazy.

All these animes being 12 episode seasons and then taking 3-4 years to continue is really killing the culture goddamn

I guess it's the downside to shyt being released worldwide simultaneously
Every season just is basically advertisement for their source material and that being the sole purpose for majority of these anime. Also that is the consequence of too much shyt getting an anime. Excluding Mushoku Tensei since it has a studio made for them.

The big new shounens really are the only thing that gets consistent release every 2 years or so. Everything else is a 3+ year wait at the minimum.
Finally back to regular Bleach now.

:blessed: :blessed:

Man these filler arcs have been ass. It’s like they make it ass on purpose.

:mjlol::mjlol:
:dead:

Well to be fair a lot less time was prob put in them. Literally its only purpose was to have something out until the manga had enough content written from its author.

It's the best way to manage not having a bunch of filler and not catching up with the source material.

The worldwide release is not a factor because they put subs on it or dub it as it's released.

Watched 4 more new seasonals.

First is Buddy Daddies an anime original. This def feels like the start where we are going to see show bite off Spy x Family in these more family comedies, but with action sprinkled in. Basically 2 guys working together as assassins. One is a social womanizer and the other is a shut-in. Some kid named Miri comes into there lives. 1st episode had a solid mix of action and comedy.

PaWorks work on Kongming and Akiba Maid War were very impressive off of last year. I like what I see here so far.

Another original I watched is Giant Beasts of Ars. Honestly hard to make up too much about the show beyond that it is a fantasy world made up of Giant Beasts. There seems to be young female that is cursed and Jiro, who seems to be warrior of sorts ends up saving her. This is one of those shows that could start slow, but really pick up halfway through. It is hard to say. If you are looking for a simple show this aint it.

3rd is Endo and Kobayashi Live! The Latest on Tsundere Villainess Lieselotte. This is basically an otome game anime with a different spin. It is not an iseaki and rather the game is being auto played by the two leads irl Endo and Kobayashi whom are broadcasting the game to themselves. But are able to communicate somehow with the Male lead of the otome game. Best thing going for it is the VA performance. It aids tremendously to the comedy. The main goal of the show is give the Villainess Liselotte a happy ending. Do note the show is really really tropey, so if that bothers you, you def won't like it.

Last one is Sugar Apple Fairy Tale. Visually for this one is really nice. This one is truly is a Shoujo anime. This is a world where fairies are slaves to human. Are female lead is an idealist. While the male lead is the typical shoujo male tsundre love interest who will eventually lossen up. Out of these 4 this is one I am the most meh about. It feels kinda predictable how this one will go.

Tsundere Villainess Lieselotte at least has a good premise. Definitely going to watch this and maybe pick up the light novel.

I’m at the part when Kenpachi just comes in the nick of time to save Ichigo’s ass. That man Ichigo is really getting that ass whooped.

And I really thought the two hollow sidekicks were gonna beat the pink hair dude. I was like, Uryu and Renji bout to go out sad af if those 2 goofy nikkas beat the pink hair dude.

:russ::mjlol:

This arc wild and way better than Soul Society.

Man, Ichigo was getting his wig pushed back horrendously and Nnoitra was shyt talking him the whole time. A true villain move to pick the bones when an opponent is at their lowest, all that honor shyt is on the other side for him and I respected that. Type of nikka that will let you run the fade against 4 other people and then sleep whoever walks out and run their pockets. :mjlol:

Szayel (pink haired scientist) is legitimately one of my favorites, a whole ass cheat code giving these boys the blues. Every time they think they have the solution, he changes the question.
MHA with the dope aftermath episode. Villains treated them nikkas like a Generation of Miracles opponent.

got nikkas ready to quit n shyt. :mjlol:
You gotta remember, this is still their job. We've all been there before; the worst fukking day ever at work and before that bih is over, you're already thinking about where you can interview next because this shyt ain't going to work. Now most of us probably bounced back and kept going but some of us put in that 2 weeks notice or just straight no-showed. We're finding out what that looks like in a society where capes are your social and criminal justice safety net.

A lot of these nikkas seem to be headed to HR, papers in hand.:deadrose:

Nier Automata V1.1 adapted essentially the prologue of both routes. Not a bad start. Pacing did feel slightly quicker then I would have liked, but given you are going from a video game medium to an anime medium sacrifices tend to be made. Looking forward to how this adaptation goes.
