Pink hair? You talking about Kenpachi's Lieutenant? Yeah they don't really show her doing much, which makes sense considering her Captain. The only "I" names I can think of are Inoue (Orihime) and Isane (Lieutenant to Unohana) but neither of them are built for action like that.

He’s absolutely a great villain
But he always gets left off when you compare him to other GOATs. He not the best in his own world.
I still think Dio and the Pillar Men got him, but he is better than the priest

I think it broke her spirit when child Hitsuguya came through and leapfrogged her rank and eventually ends up as Captain. Imagine bringing in someone fresh into puberty to a job you've been working for 100 years and watching them become your boss in no time.
Probably doesn't help Isshin was her Captain before that.
She's always getting mad serious about her duties when it comes down to Toshiro though.

The fact that she's been drinking the pain away for over a century still doesn't excuse her unfulfilled potential with that ability. Like I said before, she could have been female Byakuya but she's Isshin in his Captain days minus the power.

Dio is too iconic tho, no other JoJo villain would even have a chance. I'd take Kira over the Pillar Men but Dio is the GOAT for sureKira also didn't show up until like half way through Part 4 and he wasn't a confrontational villain, they had to play detective to get to him which probably hurts him. He was similar to Diavolo, the approach to defeating them was different because nobody knew their identity and their Stand ability messed with time in a way that made it hard to get at them.
Part 2 & 3 they already knew who to get at and what to do, Part 4 & 5 they had to find out who the villain was and both of them liked to hide in the shadows, Dio and the Pillar Men wanted all the smoke.
Kira was the GOAT to me breh. I loved it when he had dude’s face and was living that family life.
I ain’t like that one scene with the son though, one of the weirdest shyts I’ve seen.
