I can see where it could get old if the same jokes are being done too often, but so far him running into different power rangers IRL and trying avoid them at all costs because it's his day off and he's NOT trying to even think of work on his day off has been entertaining.

Ishura with another great character introduction episode.
Gotta say the world building in these episodes have been excellent. However the issue comes is jelling it all together. Obviously reading the novel makes it much easier then watching it as a weekly anime. Episodes have been outstanding on their own, but as a weekly anime it suffers and obviously is much superior in a binge.

Has anyone watched Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid? I saw a few clips and it looked alright, even though the art/characters fall outside my comfort zone. Is it worth watching? I know that's subjective, but still...

Sengoku Youko building off its strong ep 1 with a very excellent episode 2. Building a really solid foundation for the fantasy world which is a great sign. Even knowing that the manga is considered a cult classic. Nice showing from White Fox, its their first anime since summer '22.
Poor girl.
She went through all that abuse and adding the fact her father sold her off was just sickening. The monks are fukked up they were constantly defending their experiments on them. Honestly the fact she was used to that abuse was sad.
I am happy that what happened when she went "Beserk" wasn't in her memory because she seems like a sweet girl and knowing those details would have been a lot to take in for her. Ironic that she sought out revenge against those that did her wrong. fukk them
Jinka is Kokugetsusai's apprentice aka the Phoenix Killer and never allowed a foe to live. This is intriguing. You know Jinka can beat around the bush a lot but when Shinsuke was trying to get those monks to leave the girl alone he had his back. Really shows that he has a big heart makes me wonder how much Tama has influenced him.
Another minor cliffhanger, but doubt that is enough to keep Jinka down.
