I been said this show was ass because all they do is talk and give each character’s backstory like we give a fukk.

I believe the main characters won every single fight, so it was so predictable.

The fights looked cool, but that’s it.

And there was no bytches at all in the show expect that one girl.

Finished Fire Force S1 and enjoyed it . It has a lot of anime tropes, but they are executed well and the pacing moves pretty fast with giving up answers . Plus I like the overall world of the show and a number of the characters. Will probably subscribe to Crunchyroll Premium in July when Kaijui No 8 returns. So I can knock out Solo Leveling, and Fire Force alongside it.

Old Country Bumpking becomes a Master Swordman is easily a better show. Every episode has action and the story keeps progressing.

No gay ass backstories or pow wow meetings about feelings

Just a nikka showing bad bytches how to put sword to purpose.

Tho I do think when a novel or manga is well adapted the anime can do things you just can't do with manga or novels. Animation, voice acting & music.

All are examples where the anime takes the source material to different heights.

Of course, there are plenty of anime that fukk up the pacing or tone, which is why if I got time for it, I rather read first, then watch. Kingdom is one series where I have seen the manga a bit and the anime looks censored compared to the manga. Same with OG Bleach anime since that is also censored compared to the manga. Not talking about TYBW. Kind of why I want a remake for Bleach anime.

Also, pacing is a big issue where shyt gets rushed too often. This season we have Kowloon Generic Romance, which adapts 1 volume per episode and not to Promised Netherland. An anime because of shyt when there is horrible pacing behind it.

At the end of the day, considering how much anime relies on the source material of manga and light novels, both reading and watching will give you the best experience. Although I would note that if you want to find the good anime, you got to put the effort. Usually, the more popular stuff more often than not is . Unless you enjoy Isekai garbage.

Though at the end of the day, if someone doesn't care to read it's up to them. Same thing with watching.

nikkas always hyping up read gang, but you had people in here reading that dumb ass Juju Midzen while watching the anime and still didn't know what the fukk was going on. Every week nikkas were dropping think pieces to some shyt nobody cared about outside of the action.

Thank god Solo Leveling kept it simple.

Furthermore, some shyt is just too fukking weird and stupid to read. The fukk I wanna read about a got damn hammer and chainsaw fighting each other. Just put it in motion and let me watch it.
