We need more shows with 0 source material to spoil like this, cant predict a damn thing and these plot threads coming together perfectly like this is top tier writing.

Season 2 tournament gonna be the craziest fighting arc we seen in a while :ufdup: there's so much plot behind everyone's beef with one another, gonna feel like Yuji vs Mahito 5 different times.

I think no spoilers is what's enhancing my experience. It's crazy how much bullshyt there is when watching something with a source material. I decided to finish Chainsaw Man manga and I noticed all of these fake predictions people are making is stuff that is going to happen in the series.... I'm sure there's plenty of animes like that because I remember that bullshyt happening with My hero lol

I just love the world building in this show and how grey a lot of the characters are. I think they did a smart job slowly introducing characters and slowly revealing motivations and goals because I think that's what's making 2nd half of the season special. The viewers are getting rewarded to see how the character's plots clash with one another.

The Queen moment was amazing because it really displayed the power levels in this show because when you think about it there's a major difference between hero ranked #2 and hero ranked #5.

I just like how layered this show is because you can have a heavy discussion about the agencies. I find Mickey interesting because he's the conniving and wants chaos. However, you look at his agency and he manages the heroes that seem to be the most pure of the heroes we've seen so far.It goes to show you how much power these agencies have because I feel they aren't aware of all of the politics behind the scene and somebody like Queen would be against so much of this I feel

By episode 20 Naruto was just starting the Chunin arc, we didn't see or know jack shyt about most of the other teams there until they fought and then we got backstory dumped on us mid-fight, took another 15-20 episodes to flesh it out.

In this, they already let you see a bit of what everyone could do via the PV's, then they opened each character arc with their backstory, so by the time they actually scrap you already invested in who you want to see win, alot of my favorite books are written like this

Season 2 alot of characters bouta get hoed :mjcry: E-Soul and DragonBoy def gonna get a couple of them outta here, I don't see how anyone beats Cyan but it's gonna have to happen, they did a good job making you want to see all of them win this shyt, Queen/LinLing/Loli/Cyan losing is gonna sting, Blade and Johnnie's still need revenge.

Facts, Zac might be the only chill one, he seems to let his heroes do whatever they want, but I did think of something....

Big Johnny beat shyt down Vortex leg and he was no. 1 at the time... while Johnny was just a 9 year old with no trust value.

17 years later and he hasn't had ANY fights yet :jbhmm: I think the entire commission collectively didn't want him to train because he and Big Johnny could wipe the floor with everyone else since they ignore trust, prolly gonna be the same with Loli too, I think all of them are in Zac's team FOMO and Commoner will probably go there too since he hated how Treeman group was handling things with Moon and Nice.

When he turned everything back to 3d at the end :banderas: it's crazy how all the fans who disliked the 3d at the beginning are begging for it to come back now so we can see these character models


Also they show Smile talking to X in his regular form :ohhh: making me think he got smoked cuz they were tryna hunt X.
