@Jmare007 I think they might have the nuts to cut out 1 or 2 of the goofier fights that happened during this arc I don't think it'd be a good idea to adapt everything exactly

I do remember on my reread I posted the shyt ton of fights this arc has tho we gonna eat as long as they adjust the pacing

I'm confident they'll either skip 2-3 fights completely, make them backround noise while other fights happen at the same time or make them last half an episode.

For some reason I'm very confident on Mappa giving the arc better pacing and making it less bloated. Specially on the 2nd cour, the first cour is probably gonna stay pretty similar to the source material.

Yea like I was saying in the manga thread, on reread this it was better because you could binge past the dumb stuff

It could have the attack on Titan effect, where people who hated the manga ending felt better about it once animated.


that random Bird titan asspull was a huge discussion when the chapter came out but people were kinda when it happened in the anime

Talking about Studio Bind for a minute.


The animation & visual quality of Ruri Rocks is absolutely insane. Easily one of the most beautiful-looking shows of the year. Even if the content most of the time I don't care for, since as an educational anime, much like Dr. Stone, it is a miss.

Ignoring my actual thoughts on Mushoku Tensei. It's so bizarre they are rushing out production as one mentions the Light Novel is done. I guess it is greed to push it out as soon as they can. When stuff is only getting 1-1.5 years in production before it airs vs Oniami & Ruri Rocks, which is both 2.5+ years in production.

I just hope Frieren doesn't suffer that same fate because it is adapting its best arc by far in January, and they set the bar high with S1. Even Apothecary Diaries suffered a visual downgrade in S2.

What are the fights that could be skipped? There are so many fights I feel there is a good amount I forgot about.

I think it was a mix of the anime's pacing being better than monthly reading/waiting + people (like myself) not being emotionally invested in the story anymore so the dumb/lazy stuff that happened was I feel like most of the people that would've been the loud voices against that last arc weren't even talking about the show when it was airing those last couple of seasons.

I do wonder if the same will happen with JJK because that last arc has it own/different set of problems compared to AoT and even the Culling Game itself

What are the fights that could be skipped? There are so many fights I feel there is a good amount I forgot about.

Hotel InHuman had another solid humane ep

This is a show that definitely feels “monster of the week” esque.

But I like how it feels fresh every week and we see these sides of the main 2 characters

something about how they execute hits better that than that other beautful show

This season got a solid amount of actual sleeper shows despite there being a lot more well-known stuff.

I think what Hotel Inhuman does well, along with looking at the different sides of Sara & Ikurou is also how it goes about the assassin of the week. It takes the monster of the week formula and applies it to assassins, but in a very human way possible, as you mentioned.

Though curious where they end it with the two leads.

Its felt like a Netflix anime….

I don’t know what it is…. But a lot of their animes just feel the same. I can’t never explain it

i think its due to the high production value of it and the way its structured as a movie rather than an episodic tv show

Catching up with To be Hero X. Man those first two Little Johhny episodes were by far the weakest and had me questioning the format they chose to present the story -each hero has its own arc and each arc is a piece (or pieces) of a much bigger puzzle- but once everything coalesced by ep. 19 and then ep. 20....dear lawd that was worth it

All these handlers ain't shyt though they the hero's version of wrestling promoters @T-K-G

Yea the writing pays off for sure, I fully trust whatever they decide to show us at this point

I know New E soul is trash but his arc and all of his appearances so far have been crazy
