I lived in MD for 14 years playboi. The Lions share of the state's wealth is located in Montgomery, Howard and PG counties...We didn't even consider you Bammas as part of the DMV

Anyways, if you do major cities in NC or TX then you’re good. Baltimore and ATL are good, as well.

Houston, The Triangle in NC, some cities in VA, Charlotte, some cities in GA. Mainly the south. Lower COL, not as much competition for jobs, decent housing, prettier, good for families, etc. Up North, and out west, and even the midwest tend to be trash for black. I love Chicago and lived there for 8 years, but nah I can't say Chicago anymore. The unemployment rate is pretty high for blacks, the COL is semi-high, public schools are pretty bad, food is more expensive. IDK, I love Chicago, but nah, I'd say that people are leaving because it's not the city it used to be.

Charlotte, Durham and Winston-Salem
Atlanta, I like ATL but y'all traffic is almost as bad as DC area traffic and them cacs not about to let MARTA expand further out into the burbs because
Columbia SC because you are a short drive/flight from everywhere (ATL, Charlotte, Chucktown etc.)
