What do plumbers do? When I think of plumbing I think of fixing clog toilets, explain the kind of plumbing that makes 6 figures
:mjlol:

you're thinking of repair work, which is not all that plumbers do

i worked on new construction. we installed water supply lines and waste disposal systems. lay the pipe that runs from the street to the home and back before the home is built. then they run all the pipes to the areas where the rooms will be and then after the foundation concrete is in and the frame is up they run the pipes to the kitchens and bathrooms along the walls before any drywall is up. final connections are made to the fixtures after drywall and sinks and toilets are in

some guys have to dig their own trench lines but for the most part they use a machine like a backhoe. the big money is in commercial buildings and track homes.

It takes at least 3 to 4 years as an apprentice to become a master electrician, as mandated by many state certification boards.

Based on the industrial need for quantity, quality, and specialization; I think that electricians have both the best job prospects and earning potential of any other trades by default. There are exceptions, and money doesn't equal happiness.

if he works for the gov't that means he is union. union guys get paid on average more than private company employees. things is, the unions are difficult to get in, but once you are, you're pretty much set

i tried to join the IBEW union which is the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the wait just to take the test for a city job was over a year. moved on by the time it came up :manny:

:russ: Na breh that's beginner shyt.
I'm a master plumber and I wont unclog a toilet for anyone except fam.
Look at it like this, everyone needs clean water to cook, clean etc. that water has to come in at the right pressure and temperature without contaminates. Water also destroys everything it touches, including the pipes that carry it. It's high demand and its costs a grip to fix.
I'm also NATE certified for hvac. I make my own schedule and charge whatever I want.
Trades are the way to go but most cats (blacks esp) would rather work in an office with cac politics.

This is why I want to get into a trade- I like doing hard, physically demanding work. I've never wanted a sit down and behave, climate controlled office job.

it's not that, it's that union work is much more trusted.

if i hire union guys from IBEW i know they are properly trained and insured. there's basically no way the work won't be done correctly, because these guys know the building codes backwards and forwards.

the building codes are updated each year and they are tested on them. if i hire a private company, they might send out amateurs who don't know shyt, who are just mickey mousing the work and it won't pass inspection if the city comes out to take a look at it for whatever reason.

THAT is why union guys make more.

Breh I thought I hated "hard work" until I got in it. Ain't shyt hard that's what they don't tell u. The majority of tradesmen want u to think it's hard so the market doesn't get saturated. The first cpl years will be rough but after that it's smooth. You stay in shape and your pockets stay fat.
Hoes love it too:wow: I walk into an office bldg and the women salivate. They love a breh like me compared to these manicured pussies they work with.
