absolutely. personal FREEDOM>everything. that's the payoff

did u mean you hire someone else to do your advertising?
Yep. Marketing is the plug u might say.
I know a few things bc I've been in it for some years but nothing beats a good marketing genius. With all things they get greedy and u gotta throw em out and get another. I never give them enough power to "make or break" my company tho. 2 or 3 at a time is good for me.

What do you think is the best trade to go into? I was thinking about plumbing, but some folks I know said you can potentially get Hepatitis and other diseases. Which trade has the most potential for growth and longevity? Also, what do you think about firefighting? Can that rival a trade?

I'd say plumbing. The only the that separates a house from a barn is plumbing. We're the first and last on the job site. The plumbing has to be EXACT before the rest of the bldg goes up. A beautiful bathroom/kitchen is usually the final decision for home buyers.
After that hvac because the industry is advancing technology wise so fast that most guys over 40 can't keep up. Nowadays if you're not tech savvy, you can't work on the equipment. Hvac tools cost a fukkin grip tho :whoo:

Hepatitis? :pachaha: Never known a good plumber to catch ANYof these diseases. There's not one job in plumbing where ur skin touches waste. You gotta be one serious jack leg mechanic to put your life in danger of that shyt. There's a tool for EVERYTHING.
Side note- most plumbers build up an abnormally strong immune system because we work with specific metals (copper, iron, lead). People say all kinds of crazy shyt bc they think we unclog shytty toilets all day :mjlol:
Truthfully, that myth works to our advantage.

Firefighting is cool with me. Probably has its advantages over a trade but ull be working for the city :usure:

Usually electricians work less and get paid less, USUALLY. It all depends on the level your on. On a typical construction job site plumbers make the most because so much is riding in their perfection. They're the first on the site and nothing else gets built until the plumbing inspection is flawless. Plumbers also use less man power to complete their work. Electricians are not required to be as "perfect" however their work is more dangerous. Hvac guys get raped on construction sites.

If your talking service and repair hvac is king. People will go months before fixing a water leak or a faulty breaker box.. But let that ac fail, they want it fixed IMMEDIATELY at any cost.

Depends on the location too. I have two cousins who are working in the construction field.

One is a master plumber who works in NY and is making close to 150 k a year, the other is a master electrician who is making close to 90k a year in NY.

Both are very good and high demand skills.

That's what a 2nd year apprentice does.

That why we have this thread.. To point out that most negroes are too concerned with a title. U want to impress chicks with a title. All that schooling and debt JUST to tell a random something "amazing" foh.
