I can understand the not celebrating the thanksgiving part. But doesn’t you family come together because everyone has the day off, just to eat, chill and do family shyt?

I'm doing a leg of lamb, spiral ham, rice n peas.

I'm deadass shocked at all these potato mentions.... my family would treat that ish like green bean casserole if someone put that on the table.

That's fine for other days but holidays? Nah.

Others will do stuffing, Macaroni, yams, greens or cabbage.

Desserts will include sweet potato pie, apple pie n ice cream.
