Lets start off easy.

How does bernie pay for free college when his plan is to use a tax on Wallstreet speculation. When you tax behavior it changes, so he plans to pay for school with a shrinking fund?
This is easy. When you buy an option, you pay a certain price for it. Let's say the option is 5c. Bernie's plan is you now pay 6 or 7c. It stings to high hell, but I'll take the hot to give people free college. Will likely charge a dollar a transaction on stocks too.

You do the same thing for gas, at a much higher percentage, so it isn't rocker science or extreme. He could easily pay for college by just charging 1c on option sales.

Obama doesn't like citizens united either...but theres a bigger pile of shyt on his desk every single day.

What you gonna do?
There's nothing bigger than that, sir. As long as entities can influence their politicians with unlimited sums of money no real change is plausible.

My guess is you're fine with the way things are right now as a whole so we'll agree to disagree here.

When has shyt ever been good for ALL of us bro?

White people just are angry this ain't the 50s anymore.

Theres more hands in the pot. :heh:

We all struggling (well not me...but... :heh: ) :manny:

And lets not be so quick to shyt on corporate america...those are easily 50%+ of all jobs in this country. What more do you want...specifically?
oh so now the truth is coming out. You could care less, you dont think anything will affect you either way. so you're like. kanye shrug, vote for hill. when you have a dude running trying to flip the game from the inside that aint tied to the funds.

again, what part of this dont yall get?

you said 50% of the jobs are from corporate america. more and more jobs are coming from them because they are eating up the little guy business thru lobbying and shady tactics. The more they do this, the more they merge. the more they have control over employment(wages, etc.)

There's two reasons white people are mad it aint the 50's. one is because they wish it would be all about them and not about any minority group including women. 2. They have a legit gripe where they use to be able to work hard and reap the benefits of an american dream(house, car, family in a decent neighborhood.) you can do that like you use to not even close. you try to pull that off today, you will be underneath all sorts of debt.

you know its bad when the STEM white boys are crying about how the US is pulling a shady move and bringing in those work visa indians from india. talking about WE america dont have the talent for STEM. when these dudes are sitting there with all this experience. but they stil hire the indian guys. why? because they can be paid a lot less. and these companies are willing to take a hit in production of the stem guy vs the older white dude that knows what he's doing. all because they can save so much money. its basically sending a job overseas without them being overseas.

This is messing with our american wages that we've all fought for.

At the end of the day, conservatives (including democratic neo-liberals) are pussies for wanting to keep things the way they are. If you're already successful you shouldn't give a fukk if the rules and playing field change, aren't you supposed to be, in some way, superior? :sas2:

@ThreeLetterAgency If my primary concern is campaign finance reform, why would I bend over for Hillary? If I think that health care should be a fundamental right extended to all, why would I bend over for Hillary? What you Hillary stans need to realize is that a lot of these Bernie supporters aren't dyed in the wool democrats. They don't give a fukk about "the party" winning, or Hillary being coronated. Are they naive? Sure. Idealistic? Sure. But they're principled. They perceive there to be a larger gulf between Bernie and Hillary than Hillary and Rubio. So when they're asked to eat shyt or drink piss, many would willingly choose to abstain. Will that ruin the Hillary stans' party? Yeah, but all leftists aren't on the same team. What we're seeing is a fracturing of the Democratic (and Republican, to a much more visceral extent) coalition. It's a shambolic coalition in the first place. The problem is that America only has 2 parties.
HRC supports universal healthcare. So does Obama.

But Bernie stans seem to conveniently forget the amount of drag-out compromise that had to happen to get the ACA.

You all want all of the glory, but none of the hard work

my point was your evidence is anecdotal

also seeing a specialist time isn't how you evaluate the quality of a health care system
just google waiting time to see specialists in canada and see how much info pours in, they have a HUGE problem with it.

u can have the best doctors and facilities in the world but whats the point if i have to wait forever to see them?... shyt thats going to affect my evaluation of the HC.

I'm just not as left as some of you all are. I'm not a big fan of socialism and I don't think it benefits societies that keep pushing for more and more state economies. Healthcare is one thing...but when it starts creeping into other industries, namely natural resources you end up with a HUGE problem...and I can honestly see some radical lefties doing that.

I'm very socially liberal...so a democrat is the only option for me here. ...but i'm not a socialist...not at all.

And again...this is why Trump is winning...he's calling those H1B abusers out...Has Bernie done that? For all of his "togetherness" talk, rarely does he point out necessary reforms to protect american employment via things like immigration reform.

An actual answer holy shyt :ohhh:

That's fine and dandy if it's you paying for it, why would Wallstreet speculators do this?

No one forgot. People want the centrist Dems voted out period. Sanders is just the calm before the storm. Expect A LOT of challenges from the left in coming years.

Why ya'll gotta lie LMAO! Obama got Max fukking Baucus to draft the bill, because he knew he was against the public option, that would limit insurance company profits. As soon as the bill was passed, all the insurance company stocks shot up. Come on brah.

Hillary as already said she doesn't see Universal Health Care ever getting passed. It's cool, they don't have the will for it. But please stop projecting progressive values unto people that don't want to fight for them. I can say I want anything. What am I prepared to do to get it?

Don't hold your breath.

Obama was a centrist not because he's an idiot, or an a$$hole...but he's a black man in the white house.

nothing more.

Listen to him speak in interviews and some of his less reported speeches. The guy knows what he's facing every second of the day.

Obama is more like Bernie than HRC...but he's more responsible and thus some of you would never know it.
