All depends on what I want to eat

Lemon Pepper
Honey mustard
Plain old salt and pepper roasted

Fresh squeezed lemon first on both.

For chicken it varies, but my go to is lemon pepper, garlic and onion.

For salmon my go to is old bay, salt, pepper, and a slice of lemon on top.

Basic chicken seasoning for me these days is garlic salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper ... I like it spicy

Chicken.....ms dash garlic and herb, sea salt, lemon pepper, lemon juice and fresh herbs maybe some seasoning salt and Cajun seasoning

Fish/salmon....I can do herb and garlic, lemon pepper, terryaki (salmon), old bay, etc. With seafood, i always throw old bay in.

butter,old bay, lemon, and dill for salmon...sometimes honey instead of old bay + dill

It's Fuego.... the only ones I don't really mess with are garlic and xx....

I prefer the sauce over the marinade...and just keep basting throughout....

Lemon & herb or Mango Lime for basting ...than hit it with the mild when I'm eating

For my chicken (grilled or sauteed) Ill do a blend of some red yellow and green peppers, garlic, onions, salt n pepper, some herbs, and some lemon juuce
