I have a GMC terrain denali paid off that I drive on the weekend with the fam (original deal was 6k down 590 a month, paid it off in less than 3 years).
Changed jobs last year so needed a commuter car, got an 13' Acura TSX for 300 a month (2000 down, 15k miles a year lease).

I won't say that method won't work cause it does but there is more than one way to do it. shyt if every entrepreneur was gay would you be gay too? :troll: Do what works for you but just to let you know you can have both at the same time you just have to make more money than you spend. Alot of them entrepreneurs people usually know are honestly working their own jobs. I have a friend from grade school dude makes 100k a month minimum doing loan brokering and he has a note on his car. That's just one example but there is more but all I'm saying to you and anybody else is you don't have to starve to lose weight if you do your diet right :russ:

true.
Loan brokering isnt using your own money though.

Im talking about cats putting their money into physical products and growing their business.
Whatever I make I put into something else.

I honestly dont care about cars that much. I live in a city...I see a new scratch every week because of these horrible drivers out here.

and then when I get to a point where I have enough money on the side...I plan to buy a apartment building.
So a car is low on my things to do list :yeshrug:

What are you talking about sir regarding loan brokering? The 100k isn't his money? I think (actually know) you are confused on what I'm saying. He could easily buy a 30k car new every month if he wanted but instead he has 3 cars he pays the note on. I quoted you because how your post comes off it was like you wasn't getting a nice car (no matter how low it allegedly is on your scale) because you couldn't get it until you were more monied. I was just telling you you definitely can do both because alot of people think like this and don't know why that's all. Now I wouldn't suggest cats go broke at all but it definitely can be done you just have to have more money coming in like my boy.

Well, I learned a long time ago to never buy a car the 1st year that it comes out. Give them a chance to work the bugs out of it 1st. So having said that I would have to get a used one off the top. I guess the max would be $45k used. I wouldn't care if it had high miles because I wouldn't be driving it every day.
Gonna try and get 2015 Hellcat Challenger , in 2017...
