What exactly do ppl mean when they say “it’s harder to lose weight after 30”

All comes down to the same calories. If you are not willing to work out cut down on the calories...You can eat once a day instead of 3 times a day and then have fluids for the rest of the day.

Also weigh yourself every morning. Subconsciously that kind of keeps you in check

Cheating what exactly and why is that term used at all 'I took my car to work instead of the bus, it's almost like cheating' :what:
I feel like I’m cheating as well in the I do like two or 3 exercises a session. I also only workout 3-4 times a week.

And I’m probably on my phone most of the time reading WSJ, cnbc or checking my portfolio.

However I’m a powerlifter moving big boy weight.

So while people are in gym for 2 hours, doing 7+ exercises.

Im in the gym for 30-45 minutes. Doing 2-3 exercise, looking better, more defined and I’m significantly stronger then them. :manny:

AND REALIZE YOU LOOK BLOATED
AS fukk NOW.

YOUR METABOLISM DIDNT SLOW DOWN
YOU JUST SLOWLY ACCUMILATED FAT
UNTIL YOU BECAME COMPLETELY FLABBY
AND NOW YOU CANT LOSE IT
BECAUSE AS YOU MENTIONED
THESE PPL WERE NEVER
INTO FITNESS IN THE 1ST PLACE.

Yo does those sweat vest really help for losing weight? I’m getting conflicting information about it


I’ve been using one for the past 8.5 months for workouts and long walks and it feels like it has assisted my weight loss. But i’ve also been Intermittent Fasting and drinking tons of water so cant pin point.

But it definitely eliminates toxins by all the sweating like a sauna

Shyts true as fk, I was lazy in my 20s and couldn’t gain a pound was a skinny nika wishing to gain weight. Eat whatever I want when I want, eat way more than others and I will gain nothing! Let me not eat for 2 days and I would lose 5 pounds easy, highest weight 140. In my late 30s I was gaining weight like a mufuka got up to 155 easy before I had to shut that shyt down, was getting my flabby badge. Now I am in the gym multiple times a week and in great shape.
