Men start losing about one to two percent of testosterone per year once they hit their 30s, so by the time they hit their 50s and 60s, they may start experiencing signs of low T levels. However, even men in their 30s can suffer from low testosterone.
I'm not even advocating for taking TRT, all I said was if your shyt reaches a real low level you may have to supplement...

Genetics plays a part of course. Everyone’s metabolism slows down but some people slow down faster than others. Some even have a lower metabolism from birth.Into my 40s and my metabolism is still running faster than ultimate warrior into the ring, everyone's different
Low thyroid function, testicular injuries and cancer aren't a thing for athletes going into their 30s son?
YEA IF YOURE FLABBY
BY THE TIME YOU HIT ON 30S.
A HEALTHY ATHLETIC MAN
GOING INTO HIS 30S IS GONNA HAVE
A HIGHER AMOUNT OF TEST
THAN THE AVERAGE MAN
SO LOSING 1% PER YR
WILL STILL HAVE HIM
AT HIGH TEST LEVELS
BY THE AGE OF 60.
TRT IS FOR DUDES WHO USED ROIDS
AND CANT PRODUCE TEST ANYMORE
AND LAZY nikkaS WHO WAITED
UNTIL LATE IN LIFE TO START WORKING OUT.
YOU GOTTA BE
A REAL PIECE OF shyt
TO REACH THE LOW TEST RANGE
AS A NON ELDERLY PERSON.
Besides metabolism, your body doesn’t recover like it used to back in your 20s and 30s. I still lift and run at the gym but I also noticed that I get aches and pains more easily now and they take a longer time to heal. And priorities with work, family, love life and other issues also contribute with having time to stay healthy.
Late 30s for me . Used to be easy as hell in my 20s to lose weight . I run 3 miles a day and eat the same basically but I still gain weight and I’m a bit heavier .I would say its more like the 40s where its gets difficult and your metabolism starts to slow down. I had no problem staying in shape with minimum effort in my 30s. In my 40s though....That Flabby & Sick demon be coming for you.
Mid 30s is when I started making grunting noises when I get out of a chair or off the ground.Late 30s for me . Used to be easy as hell in my 20s to lose weight . I run 3 miles a day and eat the same basically but I still gain weight and I’m a bit heavier .
Low thyroid function, testicular injuries and cancer aren't a thing for athletes going into their 30s son?
No way a healthy athletic man going into his 30s can injure one of his nuts or come down with either of those other two conditions? You got to be "a real piece of shyt" in your mind to get testicular cancer as a non athletic or elderly person?
I already know your ass doesn't even know NBA, NFL and MLB players who get diagnosed with something like testicular cancer and lose a nut are legally allowed to compete on TRT...
For the last time, I'm not in here advocating for anybody in they 30s at or near normal T levels to go on TRT...Your T levels starts to drop normally in your 30's 2% every year...That can and does affect your metabolism but that don't mean you have low T and need to go on TRT...If your shyt dropping significantly lower than that in your 30s that clearly ain't normal and you need to get that checked...This can happen to ANY man for a variety of medical reasons regardless how fit you are and if you ever used roids, the most severe of which I've already mentioned...
They can occur...to any man...and can lead to the removal of said nut...which would put said man on TRT...
NUT INJURIES
ARE WHAT WE'RE RESORTING TO NOW?
I knew as soon as I saw the title, people would blame metabolism and someone would tell them the truth...Metabolism misconceptions.
It's a mentality thing. When we're really young we're used to exercising naturally and being outside. You're probably not working as much or having to bother with adult responsibilities.
A lot ofmen and women give up, whereas younger folks more likely to push through. Young people believe in the impossible. That's in everything. Look at all the people who accept their fate at their jobs, their position in life.
Some people just don't prioritize working out. It's okay to admit. And it ain't supposed to be easy.![]()
