Monty can't get another job. How are they worse than last year?

It's amazing how people still believe in Monty Williams aka Doc Rivers jr

1. Pistons actually were decent in Cade's rookie season. Not world beaters but they were playing with cohesion and upsetting top teams
2. Next season Cade had a season ending injury
3. This year they are completely horrible with no identity. And the "they can't shoot" is too simplistic IMO. Plenty of young teams have been competitive with a lack of shooting. Monty is just trash

The worst part is the team has talent. Monty perpetually an overrated coach
The talent stinks
Monty continuing to start Killian Hayes is on him I will admit that
But outside of that the team is basically all failed lottery picks, wtf are they supposed to do with that

Like last year they traded for James Wiseman when they already had Marvin Bagley, like what is the point of that? Just stockpile the team with lottery failures hoping they turn it around?
They have repeatedly done this over the years too, Thon Maker, Josh Jackson, Jahlil Okafor, Kevin Knox, etc. Stop trading for lottery picks other teams are dumping. They're dumping them for a reason
