Their standards are kinda arbitrary. You gotta factor in how large the world is but how small the internet has made it. Look at it like job applications, yeah they ask a whole lot in the description but you’ll see whether you align with that job or not at the interview or when you start.

It's a catch-22 trap created by loser dudes, especially here and on twitter. If a woman is fukking bums she is dumb, but if a woman has high standards she is hurting men by refusing to "compromise" lol. Everyone should have high standards. If you are a successful man or woman, there are people who you should have nothing to do with. For me it's less about requiring women make x income, and moreso expecting other things. I will not date someone who doesn't have a profession that they worked towards or are working towards. I don't care if you're a middle school teacher making 40k, if that's your passion and you worked towards it (degree, college etc) that's good enough for me. That's just one standard though. Another is that I will not date or entertain single mothers under any circumstance. I don't care if we bump into each other and sense a connection. It's a hard no to avoid drama.

I think single women with no children should avoid men with children too but that's just my opinion.

These are part of my preferences and i enforce them strictly, i have no issues with women doing the same. No one is above reproach

I'm not sure it's easily definable but as myself and another poster talked about you need to be either incredibly good looking, money, clout, education, prestigious family etc. Something about you has to put you in that top 1-5% of eligibility I guess is what I'm ssying.

High standards are fine. The real question is, what are high standards and what are unrealistic standards?

More importantly, do you yourself meet your own standards or their equivalent? Easiest way for a man/woman to find out is to ask their married friends if their standards are reasonable.

As a woman ages her beauty declines while her standards, stubbornness, sexual partners (not to mention kids and STDs), and weight typically increases.
