What happened during the SOHH days?

What happened was that, as mentioned, sohh had the shiitiest severs on the planet, and the site would go down all the time
It was rumored that the sohh servers were run by hamsters on a wheel that is why you see this smilie, this smilie means something is slow or it literally means sohh, as in, man does so and so from
So going back, the sohh management did realize that the actual website was a dead zone and the forums were the real golden goose. One time they tried this really weird thing were they rebranded the forums as The Dougie.., yeah in reference to THAT dougie, the management thought they were so cool and creative but everybody was like
So after that they made some deal with another internet company, I don’t know the details (actually nobody knew about this until sohh management was copping pleas during the exodus) but apparently they made some money but it was the equivalent of a 360 deal where the sohh management no longer controlled the forums.
Also some posters started beefing with 4c*an and they came through and and crushed the buildings by hacking sohh, so
So anyways the servers kept on being shytty and the mods got real arrogant, sohh was the best hip hop forum on the net and motherfukkers weren’t going anywhere so they had a monopoly, they thought
People can provide more details cuz I’m not that deep into sports, but one of the sections in the forums was called The Coliseum, it was the sports section of the sohh forums
During one big game the servers went out and people were pissed with
@cook and @Brooklynzson took it upon themselves to make a new forum where people from The Coliseum section of
Bk and cook recreated the forums sections of sohh, for example TLR is actually The Ladies Room, rebranded as The Locker room etc
everybody was like, no shtty servers and no mods and no sohh management, better smilies and no corny front page!!! A trickle of posters turned into a flood until the actual sohh forums were dead, it was crazy to see.
And that’s how the sohh forums turned into the coli.com, there is really no difference between sohh and the coli, it’s just different management and the forum sections have slightly different names
it means a lot. 
also, about the differences between SOHH and the coli, they aren't the same because thecoli hasn't had NEW NEW posters in a while because of that eternal user registration. We never get any fresh blood out there,

Sohh seemed way more adult than this place so I usually stayed away. I do remember a few threads/posters and some of the crazy stuff that was going on. Even though you had white posters pretending to be black, the internet was way better back in the day. shyt is lame now, mad try hards and kids

THE POSTERS HERE ARE COMPLETE TRASH ON AVERAGE.

SOHH was definitely much funnier. A lot of the same posters are here but their peak was on sohh. Everybody old now.
