Yeah. They're on TV all the time so there's always a channel to check them out. Mom was created by Chuck Lorre (the guy behind Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang Theory), but this show is more realistic than the other ones he's made. The characters are taken more seriously, it has continuity and story arcs, and everybody develop over time. It's like a modern-day Golden Girls.
The Goldbergs is set in the 80s and it's almost like a parody of 80s sitcoms, but at the same time, it plays everything straight. A lot of the episodes are based off events in the creator's childhood, and almost every character is based off someone the creator actually knew, like his family, his friends, his teachers, even friends of his family. The characters learn lessons every episode, but they have a lot of self-awareness and know how ridiculous certain things are. It's like a live-action cartoon.
