Blacks in the UK come from various Caribbean & African countries, the majority being Jamaican & Nigerian

Most blacks in the UK stay in their subdivisions, so blacks are not unified to have a "Black British culture"

there is no home grown Black UK culture...

It does not exist. You can't create a real culture in 40 years, with people still attached to their original culture.

Culture =/= entertainment.

The biggest thing these immigrants kids from Jamaica, Nigeria, Congo, Ghana, etc have in common is African American culture.

I've been Houston they didn't sound funny at all heck most of the people I had dialog with didn't have the stereotypical Texas accent the only time you may hear a glimpse of it is when they say "Y'all" unless you mean the street talk or them east Texas cacs. New Orleans got the funniest accent it sounds like the folks are speaking a foreign language similar to the Cockney and London street talkers.

then its the same because not everbody in london speaks in og cockney
