Depends where u live and your debt period..

I make 52,000 a year and people be like :russ: and u live in southern california.. nikka u a joke and i be :ufdup:i dont have credit card debt and all i have is college loans and car note.
n1gga, that's bad enough.
i can understand car notes. but it better be financed. and u better plan on riding that sh1t till the wheels fall off.
college loans. whew. let's just hope all u owe is under 20K. which is still bad enough.

matter of fact, there are only two loans yall n1ggas need to be proud off and thats car loans and house loans.

To many variables.

Depends where you live
If you have a family kids.
If you Care about a car
If you dine out all the time

Majority of people in the world do fine on what many wkjkd consider a meager wage and live a happy life

In our must consume everything and have the latest gadget and a new car and a fancy condo it's different.

You can make 60 k and live a lavish lifestyle and live pay check to pay check tstressed out

You could work min wage at McDonalds in Boise Idaho paying 500 for a apartment and have more spending money at the end of the month

after you pay rent/mortgage/bills...how much money do you have left...

You have enough to save some and indulge yourself a bit here and there...you are making good money

If not...get your cert game up

Take that 60k, you goon.

All you're gonna do by getting that Masters is put yourself into deeper debt...then you'll be the guy seeking a job with a Masters and no job experience.

Get the Masters later.

I went from 30k to 60k over 2.5 years..

I'd be happy with 75k, but those larger work responsibilities are no joke :wow:

But, honestly, it's whatever allows you to be happy and live comfortable. Less stress and moderate salary >

Ideally my salary will allow me to save/invest, cover monthly bills, spend and give. So a good salary to me is going to be one that allows me to do all those things based on the percentages I assign to each of those areas. As my lifestyle changes what I would consider a "good" salary changes.

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
Not about how much you make but how much you spend. If you can pay all of your bills and slurge with 1/2 your pay while being able to save the rest then you're good to go.

I know people that make 100k a year with little saved and are 2 checks way from being assed out because of high rent, car note, insurance, golf club memberships, impulse shopping sprees, eating out all the time, and balling out trying to impress friends. Then I know someone making 40k a year, lives with his girl, car paid for, saves and goes on vacations to the Caribbean every summer. He only got 1 credit card and it has a zero balance at the beginning of each month.

At the end of the day people learn to spend what they have. Some people spend it all and take on unnecessary debt while others save.

TSC FA' Life #ByrdGang
30minutes from LA ..that shyt is way out
We'll see where you'll be "living" in a couple of months:mjpls:

Ay dont start that bullshyt in my thread cuz[/
I wasn't trying to derail your thread but if you're looking for honest answers I thought it was appropriate to call him out on a pattern I noticed...but to answer your question, the thing you do is take the 60k job now and you take your time to get the Masters while you make that money since you don't have the money to pay for it now.

Sidenote, this the only place I know where people justify the amount they make with their age (you saying 60k is good money considering you're 26) 60k is good for any age
