just going off that list, its gotta be slim shady

does everyone remember how BIG that fukkin song was
It was HUGE... and I HATED it. That was my first taste (pause) of Eminem and from that single there was no way of telling that he could actually rap. Especially with the high percentage of caucasians I went to school with... that shyt was just ran into the ground.

90% of the people loved it though - and 30% of those people actually started listening to hip-hop... which is where I came in and cleansed the situation with actual hip-hop content :demonic:

But personally, it was Without Me. I had gotten used to his extremes and discovered that he could actually rap prior to this so I had tons of respect for homey by this point.

Yes Lord Mecca . . it can't be rap if it's commercial. It's gotta be talking about metaphysical third eyes and and dust in project stairways

I think "Hi My Name" was more raw in the sense like . . Kreayshawn was raw when she recorded "Gucci Gucci" . . not so much to that extent but you can hear pieces of his character vocally that you wouldn't of heard if he had been a more seasoned recording artist . . and that's what makes the song special.

I haven't listened to much Juggalo material but I'd be willing to bet "Hi My Name Is" made those Juggalo dudes stop for a second and think about something they should've done . . probably the closest thing to my idea of a Juggalo song . . I could be wrong though. Am I wrong @Juggalo Fred?

Would you say Slim Shady LP could qualify as music in the Juggalo category? Would it be a stretch to say that that album could be considered a mainstreamified Juggalo album?

With all due respect, you sound a bit silly and like a person that's never strung together a decent 16 in their life. 3rd verse of that song was definitely meant for you, breh. :ld:

Rick Rubin produced that one so it might've been a different creative dynamic but I felt like it was a better rendition of "Just Lose It" . . ultimately all of these songs are the spiritual successor of "Hi My Name Is"
