I believe miami, new orleans, baton Rough, and Jackson probably the worst cities in the south when it comes to crime

Man, ya'll can have that whole 'hardest state out' title. I'm cool with living in a place where you can pass by and give another blackman some dap or a nod instead of an angry stare. I don't understand why anyone would want to live somewhere where you get shot from stepping on someone's shoe or some other trivial reason.
