I wrote this long ass response but realized it is a waste. The focus should not be on what black man want but what do black man need?

And if you really dig deep, look at various avenues to see where the solution and creation to stop the destruction of black male-hood is the separation of state.

Black boys and black girls grow up vastly different within the school and their households whether in poverty communities, mid - class, or affluent communities.

Black girls aren't raised to understand the structure that a man is suppose to bring until they are adults asking man who are treated with the bare minimum of expectation to care for them.

Black girls are raised to be integrated into this society, yes they will face racism but they still can do whatever it is they please to do in the future.

Black boys are raised has they are troubled, expected less of controlling any narrative without the hands of others involvement (black girls suffer from this too) but it is natural for boys to be raised to feel in control of their destiny and desires. The education system and lack of figures (purposely designed) prevent black boys from understanding the importance of legacy, building things to not just benefit them but their children future. This suppresses the drive in many little boys when teachers and adults around them expect a lot less of the child early on.

So black boys and black girls grow up together but grow up very different. So both expect different things from one another at younger ages but then has adults have a disconnect with future expectations.

Black girls are raised that integrating into white society will help them achieve what they want in the future while black boys are raised that they are only tolerated in society, we are always deemed to be nikkas (which when woman use this term it isn't used in countering the ER but to shame the black man status - that's why you will rarely see black woman referring to one another has nikkas because they are solely using it to degrade the human paraphrased). So when these black girls grow up, they are expecting similar freedoms and benefits while not seeing the destruction of creating man in their communities. Because if they did understand that destruction they would expect black man to find a solution out of the society destroying them instead of expecting them to succeed or accomplish something in a society to keep black man from controlling their final destination.

I'm in no means blaming anyone in particular. We has black people loss, has black man loss when we allowed whites to integrate their lifestyle and standards to our woman. They create a structure to destroy the need of the black man in the black household beside his seed or financial while not valuing what his role is to implementing his legacy and the continuation of it through his seed. Black man include black women in everything they participate in, it's exactly why you don't see black female reporters for hockey because black man do not have involvement in.

What black women need is for black man to separate themselves from all outsiders because they have no interest in seeing black man control his end goal narrative. And the foundation to a community is always at the hands of it's women, you concur their women, childbearing, eco-system.

Black woman see it has black man aren't on their team so they create this separation without seeing where the separation begun. How can you expect man to move with purpose if they are not implemented with legacy or history.

So when you hear peace of mind, they mean not dealing with the struggle of trying to play a part in a society not destined for them. When you hear money or power, they mean not dealing with the struggle of trying to play a part in a society not designed for them.

I’m late, but...

As a Black Man, I want:

1) My people to wake up and realize who they are (Israelites).

2) My people to come together and follow God’s Laws.

3) My people to be prosperous, support and love one another.

4) My people to be on top where we belong.

5) I want to know the truth about the world.

There are other things that I want personally, but I didn’t include them. Mainly just being happy and stress free. The ability to raise my family and live a long and happy life.

Money.

Power.

Respect.

If you have testosterone running thru your bloodstream and still got your balls attached, all you want is Money. Power. Respect.

Thats what all men want... This is how we are wired as men...

Sure its some paid, powerful, and respected brothers doing their thing.

But not many. And not enough.

Women will fall in line once we achieve our goals.

"Is it peace? Love? Is it self-actualization? Money? Do Black men really want fifty acres of land and a mule? I also wonder how they know that what they want will give them the experience they are searching for? What if the thing Black men truly want is an intangible experience? What does freedom feel like? What does peace feel like? How will you know it when you experience it if you have never had it? As Black men search through and query life, what is it that you need, want, and expect from Black women?"

Fully agree, no where in my response did I say black women are the cause of the problem or rare breed of such. There are just a lot of thoughts and opinions many have of black men but they don't see where the route of it comes from or starts

I answered your question the vocal point is what black man want is really what they need. My answer was heavily based on other replies and the contexts of it. It's good to have other introspective of this topic, I appreciate you creating this thread.
